Structural Fabricator I (04/10/13): One temporary position, 1st shift, in the Huntsville area. Plans, lays out, fabricates, and assembles, sheet metal parts, equipment, and products by performing the following duties. Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products. Selects gauge and type of sheet metal such as galvanized iron, copper, steel, or aluminum, or nonmetallic material such as plastics or fiberglass, according to product specifications. Lays out and marks dimensions and reference lines on material to develop and trace patterns of product or parts, or uses templates. Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as shears, brakes, presses, forming rolls, and routers, to cut, bend, block and form, or straighten materials. Trims, files, grinds, de-burr, buffs, and smoothes surfaces and maintains sheet metal products.
Must have a high school or GED equivalent education preferred. Typical minimum experience: Entry level 0-3 years. Must be able to use hand tools, effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand, walk, climb and sit. Must have full use of hands to operate metal fabrication tools and equipment, computer keyboards and mouse. May occasionally be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have steel toe shoes. Must be a US Citizen.

Manager of IT (02/07/2013): One full time position for the Huntsville, AL location. Position will oversee the operations of information systems and personnel. Will plan, budget and administer resources within the Information Technology organization. Insure high availability of server, email, network and telecommunication systems. Manage hardware systems and software development. Coordinate with all department heads to identify hardware and software requirements. Oversee the implementation modifications of new installations and their integration into existing systems. Develop proper personnel mix to accomplish departmental goals. Will perform other reasonable related duties as assigned. The Company reserves the right to change duties as requirements dictate. B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent. Desired 9-12 years' experience in systems analysis and design or program management. Must be highly customer service focused. Experience in business process transformation required. Ability to manage software re-designs and implementation. Experience with data warehousing and reporting creation. Must have a strategic mindset and the ability to drive both strategic and tactical efforts as necessary. Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of a variety of software, including project management, MS Office and MRP. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work with all levels of personnel, particularly in a project/program environment. Ability to promote and achieve successful interaction with both users and IT professionals, bridging the gap between the two. Project leadership experience, including proficiency in planning, organizing and managing multiple task/priorities. Demonstrated success in planning and implementing change management, resource planning and end-user training. While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand, walk and sit. Must have full use of hands to operate computer keyboards and mouse. Must be a US citizen and hold or be capable of obtaining a SECRET Security Clearance.
